Our Sales Pros
Miguel “Magoo” Gaona
Export Sales and New Accounts Manager
I began my career with Enginetech in 2008 and it has been a very good experience! My favorite part about working for Enginetech is the relationships I have built in a short time span.
I attended Lincoln Tech right after high school. During my 2 year training, I worked for AutoZone. I then worked as a mechanic for Dallas Auto Auction for about 1 year. Most of my time is spent with my lovely wife and 2 wonderful daughters! My other interests are playing soccer, working on my truck, racing and/or watching the races and visiting my family.
Export Sales Assistant Manager
I was born and raised, in Dallas, Texas. I graduated high school in 2010. I was first introduced to the automotive world when I was 16. I like to get my hands dirty and learn new and fast ways to work on cars. Hopefully, I can stay blessed to receive my Bachelors in Computer Science. Prior to Enginetech I worked at Oreilly’s and at an electronic store. My knowledge on cars expanded when I started working at Oreilly’s. I worked on the front counter and made my way to the commercial sales side. I’m grateful to have this opportunity to work for Enginetech. The people at Enginetech are awesome and have positive vibes.
In my spare time I like to binge watch horror movies, read a good comic, and relax at home. Every now and then I like to go fishing and watch a good game of baseball with my family.
Team Trainer and VIP Accounts Manager
I was born in Mesquite, Texas but spent all my weekends and summers on my grandparent’s farm in east Texas where I learned a sense of accomplishment through hard work. As I got older, I got in to cars and restored a 70′ Ford Mustang Mach One.
After graduating high school, I decided I wanted to see the world so joined the Army. Once I came home from my military service I worked as an ASE Certified Master Tech for Pepboy’s and later at Oreilly Auto Parts as a Retail Service Specialist while I went back to school where I got a degree in civil drafting. After a few years of drafting the construction industry hit hard times. I went back to what I know best, the auto industry, and worked at Oreilly Auto Parts as a member of the management team for several different stores for the past seven years.
I joined the Enginetech team in 2016 where I come to work everyday eager to take care of our customers with all the skills and knowledge I have acquired through the years.
At home I am a proud father to my children James and Lilly, and married to the love of my life Victoria. We love traveling, fishing, and shooting sports as a family. I’m also a giant Oklahoma Sooners fan. “BOOMER SOONER”..
I was born and raised in California soon moving to Louisiana where I graduated high school. From there I joined the Navy where I toured twice in Iraq then settled in Texas after 7 years of service.
I immediately joined and ran the commercial department for O’Reilly’s Auto Parts for 10 years. Still eager to move up in the ranks, I have finally settled in with my new family at Enginetech.
Having been with Enginetech since 2013, I have grown to love not only my customers but my great team of experts as well.
In my spare time, I enjoy everything there is to be done outdoors as well as MMA. I am happily engaged to my beautiful fiancé, Jennifer, who works in the accounting department and soon to be wed in a few months. I always look forward to coming to work for this company so that every customer will have the best experience possible each and every time they call.
I was born at the end of the Baby Boom era. I grew up in Arkansas. My Father was in the automotive parts industry and I worked in his parts store as a kid doing delivery’s, etc..
My first industry sales job was at 18 years old working for American Racing Custom Wheels.
Played music professionally from age 20 to 30 traveling from Texas to Florida and up to the Carolinas.
I opened an automotive air conditioning parts supply house in 1992 with my father. Sold parts wholesale to the installer market for 12 years. Started an automotive parts recycling company in 2001. Bought and sold everything from Rotors to Motors to rebuilders in Dallas – Fort Worth until I started at Enginetech in August 2017.
I enjoy spending time with my son Jesse who is a Sophomore Honor Student at UNT.
Love to cruise on my Road King when the weather is nice. I enjoy going to the Drag Races, Boxing, Martial Arts, the Horse Races, and playing music.
I was born in Dallas, Texas. Like any other guy, I took an interest in cars at young age, and before I finished high school even enrolled in a technical school to better my knowledge in automotive science.
After high school, I became interested in aviation and worked ramp side for a number of years. Later I worked for O’Reilly’s and learned more about automotive care and customer service.
Now at Enginetech I am not only gaining new insight on internal motor parts, but also learning great new skills to assist customers with any of their automotive needs. I’m honored and proud to be on team.
High Performance Sales Expert
I was born and raised in Mission,TX and moved to Arlington, TX in 2002.
Since I was 10-years-old, I have been going to race tracks. My grandfather and uncles have helped me build a solid foundation in the automotive field. From an early age, I have been working with and racing different generations of Camaros and TransAms. The engine sizes range from big blocks to small blocks with specialization in LS series.
When I relocated to the DFW area, I met some great people who love drag racing. In 2006, I moved to Mooresville, NC to attend NASCAR Technical Institute and pit crew school and graduated from there in 2009. I have worked throughout the years with different race teams and have over 10 years of experience working with automotive parts.

I was born in Massachusetts and moved to Denton, TX in 2005. I have a passion for the import car scene and rotary engines. My fiancé and I like to drift in our spare time and take our cars to the track. When I am not working on cars, I like to read and play video games.
I just recently graduated college with dual Bachelor degrees in Aviation and Logistics. I hope to someday use these degrees to help further my career at Enginetech while also helping the company to grow. I have previously worked in the customer service area on and off for 10 years. I am hoping to be able to utilize these skills when working with Enginetech’s customers.
I am still learning about the car industry and piston engines and my specialty has become Mazda RX7’s. I have never been scared to get under the hood or help tear an engine down; I learn best when I can get in there and do it.
My next project car will hopefully be a Nissan Sil80 (180 sx with a Sylvia front end) that I have big plans and goals for. Working at Enginetech will grow my knowledge while interacting with our customers. I look forward to working with everyone.
