Step One: Fill in a credit application.
Filling out our credit application is simple. Enginetech will also ask you for references. We give you options for providing you bank information and credit card information.

ACES & PIES
What is ACES® and PIES™ data? Aftermarket Catalog Exchange Standard (ACES®) and Product Information Exchange Standard (PIES™). ACES and PIES utilize a standardized method of communication that is machine-readable (XML) by all trading partners and exclusive to the automotive industry. ACES is the aftermarket industry data standard for the management and communication of product fitment data. Year, Make, and model is included. PIES is the aftermarket industry data standard for the management and communication of product information. We give you pictures, dimensions, and helpful marketing content like product features and benefits.
Both ACES and PIES are critical for your ecommerce business, and Enginetech supplies them directly to you every month!

FTP
What is FTP?
FTP stands for: File transfer protocol. We know it sounds fancy, but it is a just way to download, upload, and transfer files from one location to another on the Internet and between computer systems. In a nutshell, we use FTP because it is a secure way to transfer a large amount of data directly to our customers, easily! Enginetech uses FTP to give you once a month access to ACES & PIES! You also have the option of accessing our FTP site or using your own.

Live Feed
Did you know we provide a live feed?! Live inventory can be sent to your email as many times a day as you want. You just tell us how often you would like updates, and we’ll take care of it for you! You can also customize your live feed to feature only the products you sell, or to show everything Enginetech has in stock.
EDI Set Up.
EDI, or Electronic Data Interchange, facilitates business document exchange such as purchase orders, invoices, and shipping notices between trading partners and customers in a standardized format. The team at Enginetech will gladly assist in getting this set up for you.

I.T. Testing
Don’t have an in-house I.T. guru? No Sweat! Enginetech can help you with I.T. testing. E-commerce testing is a crucial process that involves evaluating and validating various aspects of an online store to ensure its reliability, functionality, and security. This step is optional, and meant for those who require assistance to test their online store.
