Last week, Enginetech HQ welcomed the students from the Phi Chi Theta – Beta Theta Sam Houston University chapter. They had the opportunity to gain firsthand insight into what it takes to operate our company. Phi Chi Theta is a national co-ed business professional fraternity, which seeks to provide it’s members with opportunities to develop professional leadership skills and abilities to succeed in the business community. The students are exploring careers in finance, accounting, supply chain management, business administration, marketing, and various other fields.

They participated in engaging discussions where our team shared our valuable knowledge and experiences. These sessions covered everything from strategic planning to the nuances of effective communication within a corporate setting. The students were eager and enthusiastic, asking insightful questions and bringing fresh perspectives to the table. We were impressed by their curiosity and ambition, which fueled dynamic discussions.

To wrap up their visit, we organized a tour of our distribution center, allowing the students to witness our operations team at work. This was not only a chance for them to learn more about potential career paths in operations, but also to build relationships with our team that could benefit them in their future endeavors.

Overall, it was a rewarding experience for both the Phi Chi Theta students and our team. Enginetech understands the importance of investing in the next generation, and we enjoyed mentoring this group. We look forward to seeing how these talented individuals will shape the future of the business world.
